Refund Policy

  1. We do not provide refund for any mattresses due to its a close personal furniture and we are in the midst of pandemic.
  2. However, based on company review and approval there may be exception but it is solely based on management decision.
  3. Product refund must in good condition and not used yet. And still in wrapping papers, provided with wrapping papers.
  4. Change of product model or upgrade can be consider but based on management review.
  5. Customer have to bear re-delivery cost and other cost occured.
